2D Dock in Leopard

My coworker Oliver showed me how to clean up the look of the Leopard dock.  I actually much prefer this look to the default.

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES
killall Dock

You can undo this change by changing YES to NO.  Thanks, Oliver!
